Sweet vintage 1960s or 70s Sterling Silver pin hinged Fede Gimmel ring with holding hands & hidden heart. As shown, the ring opens on the pin hinge to reveal a small heart. From an estate collection & likely purchased new in England by its only owner. Very nice detail & shows a female & male hand.
