Important Ordering Instructions! - Choose from unfinished wood or painted wood - Each name is 1.5 - 2 inches tall. Length will depend on name length. - Names are 1/8 Inch thick. How to order: - Use the first drop-down menu to select the "number of pieces needed". Each word counts as 1 "piece" even if they are connected. (Example: Mrs.Martin, Dr.Trent, Sweet16, etc. would count as two pieces. HappyBirthdayEmily, Janeis5, etc, would count as three pieces). If you have a name with a space, dash, or longer than 15 characters, These would also count as two. If the number of words in your order does not match your list, we will invoice you for the difference. - Use the second drop-down menu to choose a color. These are painted wood. We do not currently offer acrylic options. - Please keep the "Quantity" drop-down menu at "1". Unfortunately, shipping will increase dramatically when more than one quantity is added. - Use the personalization section to add a list of names. PLEASE USE ExACT SPELLING. This is case-sensitive. We copy & paste to avoid mistakes. Please enter this list WITHOUT commas, numbers, or quotations! We will need to delete numbers & all other symbols if present. Please enter your list in a "grocery list" style format by adding one name & then hitting "enter" to go to the next line. If your list exceeds the number of characters allowed in the personalization box, please send us a message here on Etsy! Please double & triple-check your list before ordering. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders that have been placed. We cannot guarantee names added after the order is placed will be included with your order, but we will try our best. We WILL NOT ship names that are not included on original orders if they are somehow not included after shipment. Sometimes notes do not save, this is not our fault. Please check your lists - If you would like words connected, please include those on the same line in the list by either leaving no space between them or writing "Connected" next to those words.
