Made in the 80s by Sunbelt & later handpainted. ♡Jumper dress with overall straps that attach to the bib with buttons. There's one large painted bib pocket, 2 side seam pockets, & gathers going all the way around the high waist, creating a relaxed oversized fit. The fabric is a twill cotton in a really cool washed-out teal-like green fabric & it pairs well with the mauves in the paintings. A snowman & snowlady cuddle up in their cozy winter garb that's full of sweetie-pie details & embellished with buttons, while another snowman waves his springy arms & mittoned hands next to a bird feeder & country fence. Kinda trippy, really. The whole dress signifies a part of the 80s we sometimes overlook. That iconic warm color palette of teal & mauve along with the care-free oversized style that just goes so well with a casual pair of ankle boots. & the quintessential country symbols. Hearts, ducks, bows, baskets, birdhouses, etc. that we saw on every hand towel, sweater, & spice rack around.
