Maleficent Tutu Dress Set includes: - dress - headpiece - sequin belt Dress main color is black with hints of purple & hunter green which can be seen in skirt, feathers, sequins, & belt. Skirt is made of 4 layers of black premium quality made in the USA tulle that's hand tied onto bodice & features just of hint of purple & hunter green accent tulle that will peak from under the top layer of black tulle. Shoulder straps are embellished with feathers & hand beaded sequins. Dress features a removable stretch sequin belt. Headpiece is made from felt mounted on a black headband. Horns are wrapped in black elastic cord giving them a 3D effect, they're semi pliable & can be slightly positioned to your liking.
