This is a di-cut vinyl decal that will STAND OUT on your vehicle, wall or store window! It is made of permanent vinyl made to withstand snow, salt, rain & blazing sun. COLORS: This listing is for a single color decal. Please choose from the color chart in the images. SIZE: The decal is available in a 12 to 48 inches in length. Height depends on the text desired (cannot exceed 12 inches). Please message me with any questions. FONT: Please indicate the desired font in the personalization box with your text. If no font is indicated, I will create your design in plain text (Font #14). SHIPPING: Shipping is free! Your project will be completed in 1-3 days & shipped via USPS first class mail. RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY: Due to the custom nature of vinyl decals, Gold Medal Graphics does not accept returns. If your decal arrives damaged, an identical replacement decal will be sent to you. A photo of the damaged decal prior to install will be required for a replacement. Refunds & replacements are not offered for decals damaged during the installation process. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Each decal will have three parts: Backing sheet, decal & clear transfer film. It is normal during shipping for your decal to appear wavy or slightly lifted from the backing sheet. This is normal. Follow the directions below for a successful application of your decal. 1.Lay your decal on its face & rub firmly with a squeegee or credit card to smooth out the decal. 2. Clean your surface with soap & water or rubbing alcohol. Let dry. 3.With the decal still lying on its face, slowly peel away the backing paper starting at a corner & pulling diagonally to the opposite corner. If a piece of the decal sticks to the backing paper, press it back down & try again. 4.Apply your decal leaving the clear film on the decal for now. Avoid touching the decal adhesive. 5.Press the decal firmly to your surface. Use a flat tool, a credit card works well, to smooth the decal & remove any bubbles. 6.Lastly, pull the clear film from the front of the decal. Start at a corner. SLOWLY, pull the transfer paper back over itself to the opposite corner. Do not pull straight away from your surface as this may lift your decal. IMPORTANT: Do not apply the decal in extreme cold or heat.
