This 64 ounce jar (half gallon)7 inch by 5 inch can be used for cookies, candy, sewing items, pantry items, or as kitchen decor. It's a wide mouth jar with a push on lid with seal. When I was little a long time ago, we were a big family that lived on a farm in Missouri that would be called a self sufficient farm. We had our own garden & the milk cow. Each morning before school & before dinner we would milk the old holstein cow. She was what we called a mean heifer because she liked to kick & head butt you. So we used kickers on her when milking & you didn't forget or she would kick you or anything another her & I will tell you she had great aim.
