It is designed to go on the outside of the surface you are putting it on & can be made to go on the inside on request. The pictures show the decal in white, if you are putting it on a vehicle window a light color works best as the darker colors do not show up very well on vehicle windows. Whatever color you choose the white part shown in the pictures will be that color. The default color is white, if no color is specified the sticker will be sent in white. Can be applied to any smooth surface This is a DIE CUT decal so there is NO background, the surface the decal is applied to will be the background Made of high quality 5~7 year vinyl, the NEON colors will start to fade in about a short time when applied outside in the weather.
