A nice early Lions Club hat with an assortment of 19 older pins. The hat shows some wear. It has 4 pins from New Jersey, 1 from district 302 Japan, Australia, NC, PA 1966, Louisiana, DC, Vermont,. Texas, Georgia & NY. A 1964/65 100% attendance pin & a District Governor Award pin. Effanem Crusher brand wool hat. The band has some rips & holes in the hat from the pins. From the 1960s or 1970's.
