Beautiful Starfish belt buckle by Margarita Barrera, known in the 80s & 90s for her amazing sculpted statement making belt buckles. This was done in 1995 & marked "At Tweeds Request". Tweeds was a very popular high end catalog brand from that period known for the edgy & unique collections. This buckle is in a pretty warm silver & is in very good vintage condition with normal signs of wear & age. Clearly marked it is beautiful made.
