I do not prewash the towels as some folks are sensitive to different detergents. To wash: cold water & dry on delicate, or lay flat to dry. You can wash & dry these on a regular cycle but please note if done this way cotton will shrink. Returns are not accepted. However if you are unhappy for any reason I will gladly do an exchange. Please note for exchanges: the returned item must be received in an unused/new condition. The buyer pays to ship back the item, & for shipping of the new item.
