I have two of these table lamps. One is new, old stock I took it out of the package to test it, but will include the packaging with it. That one also has the black thread along the fringe which holds it in place until ready to put in your dollhouse. The other lamp I believe is also new, old stock, but there is no package for it. It is in good condition & the black thread has been removed from the fringe. You can choose either one. I have tested these lamps & they are working.
