Distressed Edge: This style is standard (no extra fee) & is crafted on a carefully sourced wooden slab. Chisel-chipping among other woodworking techniques are used to create distressed characteristics. Live Edge: For a small add-on fee (contact us), opt to have your map created on a beautiful, hand-picked wood slab which incorporates the natural edge of the wood into the design of the piece. - Signs are sealed with a high-performance, eco friendly (water-based), topcoat which dries completely clear leaving a satin finish. - Each sign is crafted from natural woods; wood grain, texture, & tone will vary from sign to sign.
