This is an old 1950s pressed paper Christmas bell decoration, made in Germany (unmarked). It is approximately 14" tall & 12" wide at the widest part. it has edge wear & some color loss - you can see the condition i the pictures better than I can describe. A classic example of German folk art from the days before reunification & a charming Christmas scene inside the holly bell.
