Description
This is a vintage 1926, solid sterling silver, Paul Revere Bowl. It is a footed bowl weighing approximately just over 425 grams with a measurement of 8 inches in diameter by 4 inches in height. It is incised on the bottom "Sterling" & the number 337 also a logo with the letters RD surrounded by wings which must be the manufacturer. It is monogramed on the side with the initials C.F.C & inscribed on the bottom "From The Harvard Psychological Laboratory, June 24 1926". I am guessing that would be Harvard University. It has a dent on the side, spotting & discoloration as well as scratches from improper polishing I would suspect. Needs a good cleaning & polishing.
