T Shirt Features: - 6.1 oz./yd², pre-shrunk 100% ring-spun cotton - Ash is 99/1 cotton/polyester - Light Steel is 90/10 cotton/polyester - Charcoal Heather & Oxford Grey are 60/40 cotton/polyester - Shoulder-to-shoulder taping - Double-needle stitched lay flat collar, sleeves, & bottom hem - T shirts are unisex & run bigger than ladies sizes, size down for a more fitted look CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Our clothing items are super easy to wash! - Hand wash inside out. - Hang/lay flat to dry. - Do NOT tumble dry - Turn inside out to iron. - Iron on cool setting...NOT on design. - Do Not iron on design. - THAT'S IT! SO EASY! SHIRT IMAGE COLOR: Please keep in mind that your sweatshirt might not match the colors exactly based on slight color variations from your computer. HOW TO ORDER: Select from drop down menus the options you would like for your shirt. Put any necessary comments in the personalization box. When purchasing more than one, add first shirt to cart & then go back to listing to add another shirt. The J's Creations Team Images may appear bigger in the photo than in person. The images are close ups on the computer so you can see the image better. ATTENTION: We use a standard image size for all shirt sizes, so if you order a larger shirt your image may appear smaller than in the photo. Shipping Policy: Order Processing Time: After receiving payment, please allow 7-21 business days for the completion of your custom item(s). Processing time starts the next day, if you order on Friday-Sunday your process time starts on Monday. Business days exclude weekends & holidays. If you need your item(s) sooner than that, please contact us regarding Rush Order With Priority Shipping options. Shipping & Tracking: Once your item(s) have been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the progress & updates on your shipment. You can track your package through the shipping provider's website or contact their customer support for assistance. Insurance: We take precautions to ensure that all packages are shipped with proper packaging & protection. Additionally, all packages are insured to safeguard against damages during transit. in the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged items & packaging.
