A vintage, rare, Fling a Ring metal/tin game board. I suspect this 1940s or earlier; made by Wolverine Supply & MFG Co. The base is a metal with a green finish & has 3 protruding clown heads on springs. There are no rings included & one of the clowns heads is missing.
