Lovely silver tone & blue enamel Miraculous medal pendant/charm. The front of the medal features Mary surrounded by the Latin inscription, Regina Sine Labe Originali Concepta O.P.N., which translates "Queen conceived without original sin, pray for us." On the reverse of the medal is the letter "M" for Mary at the feet of the cross of Christ & intertwined with it, surrounded by a crown of twelve stars, & with the Immaculate Heart & the Sacred Heart side by side. My sterling & silver items are all with the original patina as when I acquired them. I leave the polishing up to the buyer.
