I could feel molded letters under the paper & realized I could see part of it on an inside picture. It says "White Bros". There are some numbers under "White Bros" but I can't see them all. It could be used as a cane or umbrella holder (the weight of it makes it stable) or just for display. It measures 14" tall x 8" across & weighs 5 lbs. 4 oz.
