In 1995 McDonalds Corp. ran a promotional premium Happy Meal with McDonald toothbrushes as the Happy Meal Toy. These came in 3 different colors. This toothbrush has Ronald's head with his orange hair. This toothbrush has never been removed from the package. It is stated on the package that these are not recommended for children under 3.
