Laminated cotton fabric. A thin soft protective polyurethane film is laminated to the face of the cotton fabric making it wipe clean & washable. Similar to oilcloth but softer, more pliable & approved for use in children's products (unlike oilcloth) Common uses are tablecloths, raincoats, bibs, mats, & bags. Request certification if you are selling children's products. This piece was folded on a bolt & will arrive with a crease down the center. Price reflects this "issue". Can be ironed & will disappear with laundering.
