The main office is done up in a streamline moderne style & comes with canopy & rooftop Motel sign, laser-etched sidewalks & curb, plus optional flagstone wainscot. Two four-unit motel units are provided, which feature tab & slot scribed walls, roof & floor. Peel-n-stick doors, windows, gable vents, trim & laser-cut printed 3-tab roofing are all included. Decorative porch posts & laser etched sidewalks, plus a rooftop "Sunset Motel" sign provide the finishing touches. Parts are included to build a spectacular laser-cut sign for the front, a soda machine, & additional full-color signs (taken from photos of actual hotels) are included to customize your structure.
