Seriously stunning & unique black party flapper dress from the 1920s. This dress features an under layer of solid black, overtop is mesh on the bodice until it meets a drop waist of velvet band & 3D flower detail with a rhinestone addition & THEN it leads to this incredible layered antique lace skirt that comes down longer on either side & shorter in the front.
