SORRY - OUT OF VERDIGRIS FOR NOW PATINA COPPER ROUND 8mm Beads, 10 Pieces with choice of Patina, Real Copper Seamed Beads, Hand Applied Patina These Big, bold solid copper beads have your choice of my custom patinas. The finish is sealed with lacquer. 8mm size. The hole is 1.8mm - great for leather & other cords! You get 10 beads or you can choose 50 beads. They are hollow, seamed copper. I usually keep these in stock, but at times it can take up to a week to create. PATINAS ARE A VARIABLE SURFACE TREATMENT - they are somewhat delicate & not meant for everyday wear. Although I seal them to protect, they should not be exposed to water or jewelry cleaning solutions or rough treatment. Patinas are basically like rust - they are created on the surface of metal by chemical treatments - & they can chip or flake off even though they are sealed. If you must clean them, wipe carefully with a damp cloth. You can also periodically re-apply a semi-gloss spray lacquer and/or microcrystalline wax to your pieces to continue to protect the finishes. My hand applied Patinas: ANTIQUE or OxIDIZED - warm to deep brown tones FLAME - warm copper that often has soft tones of red, orange, blue or silver - each piece is unique. Created by applying torch to metal, & quite variable - I cannot produce certain colors - the end result isn't apparent until the copper is sealed with lacquer VERDIGRIS - the traditional copper patina, variable shades of green -sometimes light, sometimes darker, sometimes with a bit of blue.
