Suberba 100% Wool 1950's - 60's A standard prep / Ivy style accessory...the knit tie. Fairly confident this one is late 50's. Superba had a contract for the exclusive use of Dacron for several years. Solid Plum coloration. Loose knit with a diagonal crosshatch or 'basket weave' pattern. Tail end is nearly as wide as blade. Made in USA Narrow 1 7/8" Wide x 52 1/2" Long. Tube knit, ends sewn.
