This item ships assembled & fully crated for protection. Shipping time is only an estimate, 3-8 business days once it leaves our warehouse. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or exact time. The carrier will call you directly to schedule a 4 hour window delivery time frame appointment M-F only. We suggest having 2-3 extra helping hands available for delivery since the shipping crate will NOT be brought inside your home or garage by the freight carrier, hence the word "Curbside". You will need a screw driver to open one of the crate panels to remove the item(s) If you have any special or specific delivery requests, we need to know BEFORE you order & not when the item is on truck out for delivery.
