The puzzle will come broken apart & sent in our branded gift box, ready for the recipient to put it together to reveal the surprise. There is no identifying information about the contents on the packing slip, so it will be a complete surprise to the recipient. To conceal the surprise, no images are included with the puzzle, so this is how we determine the level of difficulty. Please keep the recipient's age in mind when selecting the number of pieces in the puzzle. HUMIDITY DISCLAIMER - We are aware that our puzzles are affected by the humidity during transit, which causes the puzzles to bend slightly & not lay completely flat. We prevent this by putting the puzzle in a sealed bag. We also want to let our customers know they should keep the bag closed until it's ready to give to the recipient. DO NOT EAT.
