The company was incorporated in Nevada in March 1917 & its principal office was in Tonopah, Nevada. The certificate is signed by the company President & Secretary. Measures approximately 8-1/2" x 11". This certificate carries no value on any of today's financial indexes & no transfer of ownership is implied. This item is collectible in nature only.
