Please note that due to the nature of enamel products, the surface of each mug will differ slightly, you may notice tiny lumps & bumps in some mugs, & the occasional small blemish, mark & scratch, particularly around the lip. This is the nature of enamel mugs & adds to its rustic look. Color differences We attempt to show our products as accurate as possible. However, because of differences in computer monitors, the final product may look slightly different in person than what was viewed on your screen. When you place your order, you understand that there may be a slight color difference from the actual finished product compared to what was seen on the monitor. You understand this minor difference does not qualify for a refund or exchange. Personalization Details PLEASE make sure you have checked & double checked the personalization you are requesting in regards to spelling & how you want it to read on your gift. Unless I feel it is a genuine error, I will print as you request on the order. If I feel there is a genuine error, I will reach out to you via Etsy messages to verify. Otherwise, I will print as is on the order form so PLEASE ensure it is exactly as you desire :) If you see an example that is exactly how you want it to read, you need to type this out specifically in the personalization box.
