Vintage Sarah Coventry Sterling Silver Jesus Pendant, Image of Jesus's Face with a Greek Cross in the Background, Some Damage on Reverse Side This pendant measures approximately .65 x 1 inch. It is marked "Sarah Cov. Sterling" on the reverse side. There is some damage to the reverse side. It looks like someone has scratched a large portion of the back. Someone did this to erase the text, "I am a Protestant" that had originally been on the back. This is a unique religious pendant by Sarah Coventry. It originally was a medal celebrating being a Protestant, but someone scratched off the text. The front features an image of Jesus's face. His head is bowed, & his eyes are closed. Behind his head is a halo & a Greek cross. There are some diamond cut accents to give it some extra shine. The reverse side has the large scratches where the original text had been. The sterling stamp & maker's mark are found at the bottom center.
