This is a Washington DC Capital Building 1953 Chatelaine Lapel/Hat Pin Souvenir. It is in excellent condition. It measures approximately 5/8 inches tall & about .5 inches wide with a chain that measures 2-3/8 inches long & a 1953 attached portion measuring .25 inches tall & about 3/8 inches wide. As with anything that is pre-owned or previously used, there may be some signs of age or use. Most all of the pins listed are pre-owned or used. When I state that the condition is excellent, it is stating that for the age of a piece, it is in an excellent condition relative to its age.
