Please note that our samples are pre-printed, & as such cannot be personalized. - 5) DESIGNING PROCESS & TURNAROUND TIME Within 2-3 working days of payment, you will receive a digital proof to your email address for your approval, with 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included with your package & we'll spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your invitations. Only once you give your approval can we produce your items. We need up to 10-15 working days for the production from the approval date of final digital proof. All orders ship via a courier service, & can take up to 5 working days to deliver. 6) Quality We are very proud to be known for an outstanding quality & we would like to offer you the best service we can. As all of our stationery is handmade there will be slight variations in each order and, whilst we will make every effort to supply your order exactly as sampled, we may have to substitute materials (colours of ribbons or insert paper) from time to time. If such circumstance shall occur you will be contacted immediately & advised about alternations & available options. 7) Repeats & reprints We always recommend ordering slightly larger amount of invitations than needed to allow for mistakes when printing invitations, or for guests you may have overlooked. Cartalia will be happy to print extra invitations for you if you run short, however it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset, as prices may increase after the initial order. 8) Shipping Suggestions: Due to the specific nature of the product we recommend to send them using Hand-Cancelling system. Hand-canceling is when each stamp on your envelope is marked (or "canceled") using a hand stamp instead of by a machine. Hand-canceling cards prevents stuffed envelopes from being
