Old Black Oval Frame with inset silver toned framed baby photo. The Art Nouveau silver toned frame is set into a convex black velvet border. As you can see it was removed from the frame at some point but I have not removed it to see if there are any markings. The black frame measures 6.75'' x six & one eighth of an inch. It may be wood under the chippy shabby black paint. The silver toned frame is adorned with a wreath of flowers. It holds a beautiful baby photo that has a little bending.
