This music box plays a piece from Ode to Joy, Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. ABOUT MY MUSIC BOXES A laser-cut wooden music box with a hinged top. The mechanism is visible inside, beneath clear acrylic. There is also a small storage space inside, perfect for jewelry or small trinkets. The song name is engraved on the bottom of the box. Dimensions: 4.75 inches X 2 inches X 2.25 inches. The storage space is roughly 2 inches x 2 inches x 1.25 inches deep. There is a manual winding key on the bottom. Just a few turns are sufficient for long play. The length of the tune played by a music box is limited by the size of the cylinder; these 18 note boxes typically play from 13-17 seconds of a song, but will repeat several times, depending how much it has been wound.
