He met St. Ignatius Loyola at the university where they became lifetime friends, were ordained priests together, & co-founded the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). St. Francis is considered one of the Greatest Christian missionaries, traveling & evangelizing from Portugal to Japan. He baptized over 30,000 people.
