Scandinavian Apron is a typical part of clothes for Viking woman in any social status. It's an interpretation of an apron found in Kostrup archeological site. It's made of wool in a selected colour. Construction of this apron is based on analysis of Scandinavian archaeologists. The apron dress has made to order woven trim on the neckline in selected pattern & colour. Each trim is made to order entirely by hand from woollen thread using historical weaving technology. Color as in the photos is not available! - FABRIC The materials are resistant to washing & the quality of the seams ensures that the apron dress will last you for many years. The item was made of thin wool in selected color. Note that colours may look different on your monitor depending on their settings & technical characteristics. - WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTION washing in temperature 20C/30C wool clothes can be wash by hand only do not use bleach or stain removers no spinning (it is damaging for seams & fibres) hang in the vertical position to dry to keep the look, it's best to iron clothes inside out, up to 120C (one dots) The Slav Medieval Shop creates historical outfits in three basic standards of detail work: I - Outfit is sewn with the machine - all stitches are made with the machine, a pattern of the outfit is based on the historical sources, according to its description on the site. II - Invisible stitches are made with the machine, all visible stitches are sewn manually. Apron has a 47 inches long (38 inches without strips) The offer includes only the upper wool apron dress.
