(internal #U-70-138) This is a hatpin with three faceted, 12 x 8 mm clear red iridescent glass beads with gold tone spacer bead accents, about 7-7/8" long with cap at end. Nice piece! No defects. I know because I create these lovely pieces. Hatpins were used extensively in days gone by to keep ladies' hats in place. Now, though some still use them, they are often collected as antiques or just a beautiful accent, displayed in special hatpin holders, flower vases, added to plants, or displayed in vintage hat collections.
