My measurements taken flat Waist 18 inches will stretch to 20 inches Hips 23 inches Rise measuring from crotch seam to top of waistband (front) 15 inches Inseam 32 inches These are in excellent vintage condition. #2 Blue & white . Original tags: 100% woven textured polyester. Size 38. LEVI'S Bend over pant with hidden elastic waistband . There are some storage stains on these. I don't regularly launder new old stock. Since these are polyester, I expect the marks should launder without an issue.
