Tumblers are not included! It is the buyers responsibility to assure they've researched the various techniques used to sublimate their tumblers in a convectional oven. It is also the buyers responsibility to assure they have the correct supplies that are designed for sublimation - example sublimation tumblers designed to take sublimation inks. Basic instructions will be sent with all transfers. Printed transfer sizes: Tapered: 9.3 wide x 8.3 high Straight: 9.3 wide x 8.3 high I use high quality sublimation paper, & vibrant sublimation inks to ensure the best quality. I do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges on sublimation transfers. It is your responsibility to make sure you are using the correct equipment, following the instructions I provide to you, & you also understand any user errors are your responsibility.
