Just make sure to confirm the digital mock-up we send! Requesting a custom design or business logo on your hat? To embroider your design/logo onto the hat, we'll need a digital file in a DST format. If you do not have your design/logo in the DST format, go ahead & send it to us anyway! Our software might be able to convert your file, & we won't charge you anything for digitizing your design/logo. Please make sure you are not violating any trademark, copyright, or similar protection rules. Customers will be held responsible for any design/logo submitted. Important to note We will send you digital proof of your custom design before we embroider. Please confirm the digital mockup! We will process your hat in 1-2 days. If we do not receive confirmation from you, our team will embroider whatever the listing design may be. SHIPPING POLICY All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information. Orders take 2-7 days to arrive. Each order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If there is an issue with the provided address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed "delivered" by USPS. All sales are FINAL due to customized embroidery of items. No returns. If you did not receive your item due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
