ABOUT ITEM Dimensions: 32cm x 18cm / measured by hand White clay body. Glazed with food safe glazes, no lead. Raw unglazed bottom. One of a kind. There is no other like this in the whole universe & it's totally imposible to replicate. Can be used as a deco display board for perfume, candles, jewelery, crystals, etc or else like a serving board for cheese, finger food or appetisers & anything you can imagine! Muted soft & bright colours, feminine organic shape. Inspired by the ocean & the form of a seashell. CARE INFO Hand wash recommended but also dishwasher safe. Please note The surface is somewhere not completely smooth or even (that includes bottom), that is the authentic character of handmade ceramics & is considered normal. What you see is what you get. :) ABOUT PROCESS Each piece goes through my hands several times. First it is hand built or sculpted, than dried & fired for the first time. Bisque is then cleaned & prepared for glazing. After glazing the piece is fired at high temperature approx 1200 C (ranges from piece to piece) for the second time & finally carefully inspected. When it comes to working with clay or glazing techniques I am currenty experimenting a lot.
