Totally sweet, adorable baby doll style dress is from the 1990's. 100% polyester. Dry clean. Back zip. Empire waist. The black satin bodice has stays & is folded . The skirt has a sheer mesh top lay with black polka dots a light glitter to give it a bit of sparkle. The under skirt is blue satin. It does not appear to have ever been worn but the straps look like they were shortened but the length is left. It is marked size 5. It measures 33" long, 25" from under the arms.
