Victorian eastlake wall art, renaissance couple (adam & eve?) i am not sure but a depiction of adam & eve, walking through a woodsey setting with lions, cherub, musicians & a roman arch. the engraving is mounted on its original backing. there are stains to the backing, originally the engraving had a wood backing on the frame & i think it is from the wood that was there. the frame has been cleaned, the engraving has a new backing over the original backing, the wood that was on the back of the frame has been removed, new dust cover & wire hanger. the frame is 14 1/4" x 16 1/4". the top edged is engraved with a white decorative design..gold tone inner border. the frame has minor scratches due to age & minor chips which have been painted over. the print has gold trim in places on the images. beautiful antique victorian wall art, the glass is original to the frame & there are tiny bubbles here & there in the glass. beautiful gift..
