This is a Bank/Safe that I made out of Oak & New Zealand Pine wood & a 40 year old CIRCA 1980's Dial Combination lock Post Office box door made by the Salsbury Company. A great conversation piece. Let one of these beautiful antiques add a touch of quiet elegance to your mantel or shelf or make a charismatic gift. The door is gold painted cast bronze. The door has been restored by me. The door has a dial combination lock. The combination is supplied with the bank. The CIRCA sticker on the window is for your information & can be easily be removed. I suggest you put on the bottom or the inside for future reference. The wood case is finished with environmentally friendly clear satin finish & has felt pads on the bottom. The coin slot on the top has a solid brass plate on it. The bank measures 6 1/4" by 5" by 4" I have been making these banks for many years & it is still fun to see an old postal door restored & made into an heirloom to be passed on to future generations.
