Description
Japanese calligraphy scroll in a bold sosho style, signed with three red seal marks. Ink on paper mounted on a red gold & light gold silk floral brocade nakamawashi, ji & ten, with a yellow gold & light umber silk brocade ichimonji, white jikusaki, flat braided black & white silk makio. Circa early 20th century no later than mid century. Slight foxing on the image, faint discoloration on the ji, otherwise excellent vintage condition. Image is 13" wide x 53" high.
