Vintage 1960 Angel Tree Topper Merry Midget GE Angel Hand Painted Celluloid Plastic Christmas Decor Decoration Mcm Star Angel Topper RARE This Christmas tree topper was made by GE, & sold under their brand "Merry Midgets". It is a curved heavy Lucite star with striations so that it looks like a halo when the light hits it, with a thin celluloid angel in the middle. It has a hole in back where you can put one of the tree lights - C6 or smaller. It measures 8 3/4" across, & is in excellent vintage condition. This particular topper is quite scarce, & quite desired by collectors. It dates to the 1950's. It sold originally without a light - it was just meant to be used with your tree lights.
