There are multiple scenarios that could have happened: 1) The address provided is incorrect 2) Your local USPS delivered it to the wrong address 3) Missing mail could have been stolen 4) USPS lost the package 5) USPS is having issues delivering the package Solution: File a claim with USPS online. Contact me so I could file as well. This might expedite the response time from USPS. The information they will provide me or you will be the same. When you file a claim they will contact you directly & you'll be updated as fast as they update me. The response time for packaged DELIVERED, but missing OR items in TRANSIT & delayed - typically depends on the response time of USPS & their investigation about 3-5 days. What happens when my package is returned to sender? This usually occurs when the address provided upon purchase is incorrect, or unrecognizable by USPS, or if the package label was damaged/ hard to read during delivery.
