The sizes of the signs are approximate. Colors vary based on each piece of wood & the lighting. We offer both solid colors & washes (washes allow you to see some of the wood through the paint.) Each & every sign is painted by hand & will vary from piece to piece. -SELECT A HANGING OPTION - Select your hanging option in the drop-down menu. "Standard" comes with a sawtooth hook on the back. "Boxed Trim" can be hung on a wall or the smaller sizes can free stand. -CUSTOM ORDERS - If you do not see what you need, please message us PRIOR to ordering. We would love to help customize something especially for you. -SHIPPING - Processing time on all items is 5 to 7 business days, before it is shipped. If you require a rush order, please message us PRIOR to placing your order. Extra fees may apply. We ship all items with United States Postal Service or Fed-Ex. Once an item is handed to USPS or Fed-Ex it is out of our control. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen items. Etsy provides tracking info once we create your shipping label. If you have questions or concerns regarding your shipment, please contact us or reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We recommend opening your package as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, you have 72 hours from time of delivery to report it to us along with a photo (to file a claim). We will send out a replacement as soon as possible. During the holidays, delays in shipping are possible. Due to the high volume of shipments, please allow extra time for your package to arrive. Please consider delays during these times of year & place your order early. -ExCHANGE POLICY - Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Exchanges cannot be made on personalized or custom orders. If the buyer has made a mistake, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange a product, however, we will offer a discounted replacement. Exchanges can be made on all other items. It will be exchanged for an item of equal value. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways) & a 20% restocking fee. in order to exchange an item, you must contact us within 72 hours from the time of delivery, & the item must be returned in new condition.
