Frankoma was founded in 1933 in Norman, Oklahoma by John Frank, a ceramic professor at the University of Oklahoma. He produced his unique Ada Clay pottery from from 1933-54. Plant Closed in 2010. I love using Frankoma china since the plates are weighty & have dimension. Dinner plate measures 10.75 inches in diameter & is signed Frankoma 94FL. Very good vintage condition.
