We made our Smooth Collie door hanger with 1/2" Birch. Our items are cut out on a CNC machine which gives more of an intricate cut. Our door sign is hand painted or stained & sealed with a clear gloss topcoat. Our products are handmade & no two will be exactly alike. There may be small imperfections in the wood that will not impact the beauty, quality, or function of your door hanger. Our Smooth Collie wall hanging comes in two choices: Choice #1 comes with a honey oak stain background; "Welcome" is done with vinyl white lettering; topped off with a bandanna out of our red/black buffalo check fabric with white paw prints all over. Choice #2 comes with a ruby stain background; "Welcome" is done with vinyl black lettering; topped off with a bandanna out of our fabric with tie dye bones & paw prints on a black background. The pictures shown may not be the exact door hanger you receive, but it is created like the pictures listed. Our Smooth Collie door sign measures 16" wide x 14 1/2" height x ½" depth. (Height does not include twine for hanging) Feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you prefer a different fabric/ribbon for the bandanna/bow. All our wood items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with tracking & insurance. We wrap each door hanger in packing paper & bubble wrap & surround the door hanger in packing paper inside the box for the safest shipping possible. RETURNS: (Custom orders cannot be returned) If you purchased an already made door hanger & are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know you are returning the item. The item must be shipped back in the original box with packing materials for safe shipping within 7 days of delivery with USPS Ground Advantage & a tracking number. Please take a photo of the tracking number & send it to us through Etsy messages. Once received we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
