Mass Commercial Use License for digital artwork by Pixel Garden Design Studio. The License allows to use one set of digital artwork by Pixel Garden Design Studio for unlimited number of times/sales of your products. Please read the terms & conditions below. By purchasing & downloading this Mass Commercial Use License, you agree to the following terms & conditions: LICENSE INFORMATION: With the Mass Commercial Use License you may use the designs without providing credit to the Pixel Garden Design Studio. This license does not include the price for the product & is valid for a single product. You must purchase a separate license for each design set you wish to use commercially, e.g., if you wish to use 3 Pixel Garden design sets, you must purchase three separate licenses & 3 products that the licenses are intended for. Discounts & sales offered in our shop do not apply to the license. in order for it to be valid you must purchase it for the full price. LICENSE IS REQUIRED WHEN: You are planning to use the designs by Pixel Garden with 1000+ copies, tangible or digital, meant for selling and/or other commercial distribution. Printing on fabric, stationery, phone & lap top cases, handmade jewelry & other merchandise meant for sale; Designs are to be used for advertising, web-design, videos, photography backgounds, blog design etc. Creating ANY KIND of DERIVATIVE digital products, such as art prints, printable greeting cards etc. for commercial purposes; The products that Pixel Garden designs are used for are manufactured by third party such as print on demand web-sites etc. (e.g. - Zazzle, Society6, Redbubble etc.) LICENSE CONDITIONS: You may not claim the designs as your own; You may not resell, redistribute or give away the designs as freebies or downloads as-is in their original digital format; All digitally delivered products containing Pixel Garden designs must be in a flattened & rasterized file on a non-transparent background in non-vector format, so that the original Pixel Garden designs may not be extracted; Pixel Garden Designs must constitute less than 50% of your creations (especially digital products); The designs by Pixel Garden may not be sub-licensed, rented otherwise made available for use to any third party other than the buyer of the license; You must comply to all terms outlined by the license. Copyright does not transfer with sale. You are purchasing a limited license to use Pixel Garden designs. All copyrights, intellectual rights & ownership of images & designs remains with Pixel Garden at all times. Pixel Garden reserves the right to modify terms & conditions of the Mass Commercial Use License at any time without prior notice.
